Whether you're logging your own readings, sharing an account with a spouse, or keeping an eye on an aging parent — BP Tracker works for one person or a whole family. No expensive Bluetooth cuff required.
Multiple patients, one login
Track yourself, your spouse, and aging parents from one account — separate trends, separate doctors, all in one place.
Smart trend chart
AM vs PM averages, AHA stage badges, white-coat reading exclusion. The numbers actually mean something.
Doctor-ready PDF
One tap exports a clean, dated, period-summarized report formatted the way doctors actually want.
Med-change markers
Log dose changes and see — visually — how BP responded before and after. Way clearer than separate spreadsheets.
Phone, tablet, web
Install the Android app on your home screen, or open the web version on any device. No clunky Bluetooth pairing — use the cuff you already own.
Your data, private
No ads. No data sales. We sell software, not your readings. Delete your account and your data goes with it.
Looks like this on your phone.
Big numeric inputs, tap-friendly buttons, and a chart that actually reads at a glance.
How it works.
Three steps. No Bluetooth pairing, no proprietary cuff, no spreadsheet wrangling.
Add the people you track
Set up a profile for yourself, your spouse, a parent — anyone. Each gets their own targets, meds, and trend line.
Log readings in seconds
Take the reading on the cuff you already own, then type three numbers. Done. AM/PM is detected automatically.
Share with the doctor
Hit "Export PDF" before the appointment. The report is dated, period-summarized, and printable on one page.

Why we built this.
Adult kids tracking BP for their parents is the most common use case for at-home cuffs — and the most underserved by apps. We fixed that.
The "sandwich generation" problem
People in their 40s and 50s often track BP for themselves, their spouse, AND a parent with hypertension. Today they juggle:
- A paper notebook for Mom's readings
- A spreadsheet for their own
- An app for the cuff Dad got at the pharmacy
- Three separate doctor visits trying to make sense of it
One app, multiple patients, one report per person — that's it.
No hardware required
Most "BP apps" are companions to a $120 Bluetooth cuff. Most older adults already own a $40 manual cuff and aren't replacing it. Our app works with whatever cuff you have — just type the reading.
Photo-of-cuff scanning is coming soon for users who want even faster entry.
Common questions.
The stuff people ask before signing up.
Do I need a special Bluetooth cuff?
No. Use any cuff you already own — the $40 drugstore one is fine. Just type the reading in. We're keeping it that way on purpose because most people we built this for already have a cuff.
Can I really track more than one person?
Yes — that's the whole point. Free covers one patient; Pro is unlimited. Each patient has separate readings, targets, medications, and PDF reports.
Is my data private?
Yes. No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling of health data. We make money from Pro subscriptions, not from your readings. Delete your account and your data is removed.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes — readings save to your account in real time, so the app needs Wi-Fi or cellular data when you're logging or viewing data. That's also what lets you open the same account on phone, tablet, and web and see the same numbers everywhere.
What does the doctor see in the PDF?
A clean one-page report: patient name, the date range, AM/PM averages, AHA classification, medication-change markers, and the full reading log. It's the format doctors actually want.
Ready to start?
