What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then you go back to Free. Your data stays in your account — nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
What if I have more than one patient on the Free plan?
Free covers 1 patient. To add more (e.g. your spouse + your mom), upgrade to Pro. Pro is the same price whether you track 2 patients or 8.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy in your first 14 days of Pro, email [email protected] for a full refund. After that, cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — cancel one and start the other. We may make this a one-click switch in the future.
